Vivienne - Butterfly Faery

Inspired by the ever changing wonder of nature, I began to think of the humble butterfly. Such an amazing metamorphasis is a beauty to behold. From tiny chrysalis to stunning, vibrant butterfly, spreading it's beautiful wings for the first time - the idea for Vivienne was born.

I would like to take a moment to send my thoughts out to everyone who has been touched by this day, I know I was and it only seems like yesterday when so many innocent people lost their lives.

I like to think Vivienne symbolizes the breath of new life and the vision of the Butterfly Emerging is one of hope and new beginnings. She is a very symbolic piece for me.
